Ki Ball(*)
1: Put your hands in a cupped shape like < or > which ever way you prefer
2: Visualize a pure blue ball of Ki in your dan-tien
3: Visualize this ki turning to a soft flowing river around your dan-tien
4: Now visualize the river flowing up, until it gets to about your neck, then splitting into two rivers and going down
each arm, and then into your palms.
This attack can normally never be done right the first time, but just keep practicing until you fill a continuious pressure
or tingleing in your hand.
Spirit up
1: Visualize ki filling your body up, from your dan-tien
This attackis just to help open the energy ways in your body, but I use it all the time for getting wokje up in the morning
Ki Shiled(*)
Method 1: This attack is just like the spirit up, except when you are full keep filling until you are surrounded by ki,
and then (if you want, but mainly for comfort) hollow the shiled out, but I never do.
Method 2: make a shiled around your body, hollow it out, and then make it look spongey, now the attacks that hit you get
absorbed into the shiled making it bigger.
Ki Flame(*)
1: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
2: Make a 3cmX3cm hollow ball of ki in your dan-tien.
3: Put your arms in the air, fists clenched.
4: Thrust your arms down and then visulize the ball in your dan-tien exploding, like your arms were a detonator.
Your vision should be a little fuzzy when you open your eyes, if it is, then the flame worked. And don't worry, it won't
hurt you, it is your own Ki. This attack is just an energy gathering move.
Ki Blast(*)
1: Make a regular Ki Ball
2: Put your cupped hands with the ki ball to the right side of you if you are right handed and to the left if you are
left handed
3: Bring two ki balls to each of your wrists
4: Visulize a line going from you to your target and shoot all 5 ki balls, but visulize beam of ki.
This attack is nowhere close to the Kamehameha, and not as strong either.
